Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Orange, TX. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.
About the Role:- Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes, working collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each patient are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
