We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Redwood Community Services. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong ability to function independently, use advanced problem-solving skills, and coordinate between multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall functioning of the Administrative Office, including the front desk area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, transferring calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage the tracking and purchasing of office supplies for various sites throughout the agency.
- Assist with program components under the direction of the manager, including opening and enrolling children's services clients with FSP.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
