Role Overview:
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to navigate industry trends and address client challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing engagement deliverables, including financial statements and tax returns, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
  • Conducting technical and strategic reviews as part of the final engagement review team.
  • Understanding client organizations, their procedures, and internal policies.
  • Driving new client development in collaboration with senior management, participating in client meetings and proposal development.
  • Managing multiple client relationships and special projects, while developing overall engagement budgets.
  • Consistently achieving charge hour goals and managing billing and realization for assigned clients.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Engaging in practice development activities to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Active CPA or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
- Ability to travel as needed based on client and business requirements.
- Proficient in relevant technology.
