Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Women's Wellness Place. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient intake and assessment, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient visits, including administering injections and performing medical procedures.
  • Provide telephone triage and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts and records in our electronic medical record system.
  • Order and manage laboratory and imaging tests as requested by healthcare providers.
  • Perform urine dips and run testing on in-office cultures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including exam rooms and common areas.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
