We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Women's Wellness Place. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our OBGYN office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Managing front desk collections, entering and verifying insurance information, and authorizing medical procedures
- Ensuring smooth office flow and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and staff
- Working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in medical software
Benefits:
