Sales Excellence Senior Manager

Job Overview
">This is a virtual role based in the United States, excluding Hawaii and U.S. territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex sales initiatives from design to deployment, while working within the Central Time Zone.
Main Responsibilities

- Serving as an Initiative Owner or Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in executing sales strategies that align with business objectives.">
- Developing comprehensive sales enablement plans to drive engagement, motivation, and performance within the sales team, including organizing events, campaigns, and other initiatives.">
- Designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.">
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of sales enablement resources, including sales playbooks, tools, templates, and collateral.">
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance sales productivity.">
- Leveraging sales technology and platforms to enhance sales performance and efficiency, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies as needed.">
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and drive improvements.">
- Providing regular reports and analysis on initiative performance and overall sales performance.">
Key Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business, change management, consulting, marketing, sales, or a related field.">
- Experience leading projects that require coordination across team boundaries in large, multi-function, cross-geographic, matrixed organizations.">
- Proven track record of designing and executing sales strategies, considering market dynamics and business objectives.">
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to design and deliver compelling presentations that influence all levels of the organization.">
- Proficient in identifying challenges, developing solutions, and adapting strategies to address changing market conditions.">
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with occasional overnight travel up to 25%.">
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this role is between $95,000-$155,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and education. This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.
