About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our tenant interiors projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to expand their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial aspects including estimating and cost reports
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Superintendent and construction team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Train and develop the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and quality of work, ensuring timely delivery and high standards
  • Read and interpret plans, proposals, and other documentation to create bids and estimates
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • 5+ years of experience running construction projects from inception to completion
  • Experience overseeing ground-up projects and design/build developments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
