Job Summary

As a Public Space Inspector at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our public spaces. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect public spaces, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas, to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Complete checklists to report any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to our standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and protocols.
