Position Overview

Role Summary

The Quality Assurance Support Specialist plays a crucial role in upholding the quality assurance protocols established by Music City Prep Clinic. This position involves collaborating closely with the QA Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards across all operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor adherence to quality assurance standards and procedures, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies to the QA Manager.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding clinic standards and operational procedures.
  • Analyze feedback and complaints regarding patient services, collected through various channels, and communicate any negative findings to the QA Manager for further action.
  • Assist in addressing negative patient feedback, which may involve following established investigation protocols to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Escalate critical patient complaints to the QA Manager for immediate attention and resolution.
  • Compile and analyze data from multiple sources, including Athena and 340bWell, to generate management reports, presenting findings to the QA Manager.
  • Maintain regular communication with the QA Manager regarding the status of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Execute additional duties as directed by the QA Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of one to two years in a related field.
