We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting Professional to join our team at Jobot. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Analyze Financial Statements: Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) activities, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Closing Activities: Conduct monthly and annual closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and accruals, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of fixed assets, ensuring their accurate recording and depreciation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financials, income statements, monthly reporting, A/R, entries, manufacturing accounting, balance sheets, monthly and year-end close, fixed assets, accruals, annual budget, and cash flow.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial staff.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Our company offers competitive compensation, 401K and health insurance, professional development opportunities, and a fun work environment.
