Accommodation Accounting Associate

Residence Inn Richmond is a premier hospitality management company seeking an Accommodation Accounting Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports on a timely basis, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize job functions to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and guests.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent, with one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. Guest Service Experience is preferred, along with computer knowledge/skills. Sedentary work is required, with occasional exertion up to 10 pounds of force. Late/Overnight shifts may be necessary.
