Cardiac Medicine Professional Development Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Leader to join our Cardiac Medicine team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing programs for staff development, education, research, quality, and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement professional development programs for cardiac medicine staff, including education, training, and coaching.
- Collaborate with nurse directors and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments, program evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure effective program delivery.
- Provide leadership coverage for patient care and nursing practice in the absence of a nurse director.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- MSN or MS with a major in nursing or related field required.
- 5+ years of cardiovascular/vascular nursing experience required.
- Expertise in evidence-based practice, writing, research, and practice development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
