Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, maintain, or replace HVAC systems
  • Utilize systematic questioning techniques and troubleshooting protocols to assess unit or equipment performance and failures
  • Effectively communicate equipment issues to management and clients
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation daily, detailing all work performed and time spent on tasks
  • Be available for emergency service calls during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as part of an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Possession of a valid Missouri class E driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA certification
  • At least a high school diploma (or equivalent); an Associate's degree from an accredited technical school in HVAC is preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial mechanical and electrical systems, particularly HVAC
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capability to read and interpret diagrams, plans, and manuals
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
  • Ability to collaborate and interact positively with colleagues
