Sales Growth Strategist

We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Kent Elastomer Products
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in your assigned geographic area. You will work closely with our product development teams to bring customer opportunities to manufacturing stage and optimize pricing by understanding customer price targets and competitor pricing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within a business-to-business manufacturing organization, preferably in contract manufacturing, and experience in one or more key market sectors that utilize KEP products.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales or a business-related field
- Demonstrated success in sales within a business-to-business manufacturing organization
- Experience in one or more key market sectors that utilize KEP products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly adaptable to change
- Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure
- Aptitude for analyzing and interpreting long-term market and customer information
