Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Shift Leader in the Perishable Foods Department. As an Entry-Level Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Focus on maintaining company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting the quality, freshness, and uniqueness of products.
  • Customer Education and Engagement: Use your passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters.
