Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehending clients' offerings to effectively communicate the advantages and services to consumers, ensuring they receive exactly what they need.
  • Documenting direct customer engagements, managing orders, and coordinating service timelines.
  • Exhibiting initiative and a proactive attitude, tackling challenges with resilience, regardless of the complexity of the situation.
  • Upholding a positive and professional demeanor, showcasing reliability and warmth towards customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles, such as retail or dining.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and apply product or service knowledge effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and training to excel in hospitality and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • An outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
