Position Overview

As a key player in our team, the Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist will embody a service-oriented mindset, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer service inquiries for the Purist Collective brand, delivering exceptional and prompt assistance regarding product questions, warranties, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate the daily printing and processing of Ecommerce orders to maintain same-day production timelines.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of retailer orders by managing the picking process effectively.
  • Administer both the front and back end of the website, including email marketing initiatives, content updates, inventory management, customer profiles, and replacement orders.
  • Assist in analyzing ecommerce data and reporting to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize resources, execute brand strategies, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in approximately 10% seasonal travel for trade shows.

Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • A minimum of 2 years in ecommerce.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, and Oracle Systems.
  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
