Additional Information:

Consistent attendance is crucial for the successful execution of this role. Employees with irregular attendance may face disciplinary measures, including potential termination. Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality sector, employees might need to work flexible hours to meet the restaurant's operational needs. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions and meetings is also required.

All employees must comply with the established rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Ability to read and write effectively to facilitate communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computational skills are necessary.
  • Capability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

At least one year of experience in a prep cook role is necessary.
