Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our client in Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administrative or recruiting coordination roles, with expertise in managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and working closely with managers.

Estimated Salary Range: $43,200 - $48,000 per year (based on 24 hours/week at $18-20/hour)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate application review, communicate with candidates, and screen candidates using a script
  • Schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking via Greenhouse, and follow up with interviewers on feedback
  • Work closely with Sr Recruiter and HR to ensure smooth recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or recruiting coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
