- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use internal systems efficiently.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with a clear understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
