Job Description

At RLS Logistics, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Freight Brokerage division, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our prospecting tools to generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets
  • Identify the full potential of targeted accounts and help them reach that potential
  • Engage leads through effective telephone, email, and in-person communication
  • Represent RLS at various tradeshows and conferences

Compensation:

Base salary of $45,000-$55,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission paid in perpetuity
