Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Create a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming greeting.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process food and beverage orders, and ensure that all products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restaurant Operations: Adhere to all operational standards and guidelines for product preparation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Policies and Procedures: Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards, and practice proper hand washing techniques and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
  • Health and Safety: Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, and follow safe work practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a team.
  • Customer Focus: Be customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and be able to accurately process orders.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, and lift supplies and products as required.
