Job Title: LVN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Job Summary:

The LVN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, including the implementation of care plans, medication administration, and resident assessments. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
  • Identify and report any changes in resident condition or status to the Director of Nurses and/or Administrator
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
