Job Title: LVN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Job Summary:

The LVN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care that promotes their physical, mental, and psychological well-being. This includes assessing resident conditions, implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and document changes
  • Implement care plans as directed by the healthcare team
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery
  • Monitor and oversee the work of nursing aides
  • Initiate and complete incident reports as needed
  • Discharge residents according to facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
