This position encompasses comprehensive accounts receivable duties, which include invoicing, billing, dispute resolution, and overseeing credit and collections activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, focusing on invoicing, billing, and collections.
  2. Perform thorough analysis of invoices and promptly address any discrepancies or disputes.
  3. Engage with major enterprise vendors effectively.
  4. Employ advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups, to scrutinize aging reports and other financial data.
  5. Exhibit strong analytical abilities when evaluating aging reports and utilize effective communication skills when liaising with vendors.
Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in accounts receivable or similar roles, preferably with a minimum of 3 years.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to utilize functions such as Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups.
  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of delving into financial data.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for vendor interactions and dispute resolution.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities.

This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity and requires full onsite presence.
