Job OverviewAs a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our SDR program and contributing to the program's success.
Responsibilities- Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop opportunities in their target accounts and assigned territory.
- Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers to identify customer challenges and communicate potential Neo4j solutions.
- Leverage all available tools and resources to engage interested prospects and create a positive prospect experience.
- Invest in learning how Neo4j's technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises across various industries and use cases.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for weekly meetings held and Qualified Sales Opportunities generated.
- Minimum 1-year applicable work experience as an SDR in a software company, and a B.A./B.S. degree.
- Coursework in SQL, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or experience selling information management tools is a major plus.
- Hard-working, self-starter with a positive and energetic persona.
- Excellent phone skills, including listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
- Willing and able to learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our CRM system.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
- Team player with the highest level of integrity.
