Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our SDR program and contributing to the program's success.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop opportunities in their target accounts and assigned territory.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers to identify customer challenges and communicate potential Neo4j solutions.
  • Leverage all available tools and resources to engage interested prospects and create a positive prospect experience.
  • Invest in learning how Neo4j's technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises across various industries and use cases.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for weekly meetings held and Qualified Sales Opportunities generated.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year applicable work experience as an SDR in a software company, and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Coursework in SQL, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or experience selling information management tools is a major plus.
  • Hard-working, self-starter with a positive and energetic persona.
  • Excellent phone skills, including listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
  • Willing and able to learn new technologies.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our CRM system.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity.
