We are a premier amusement park development and management firm based in New York City, known for our innovative attractions and commitment to excellence. Our flagship project, Luna Park in Coney Island, represents the rich heritage of the amusement industry.

The role of the Food & Beverage Supervisor involves overseeing all operational aspects while embodying the brand's values and mission. The ideal candidates will lead team members, manage inventory, uphold operational standards, and handle administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor team members in food and beverage operations.
  • Delegate tasks and organize staff schedules for various outlets.
  • Ensure accurate payroll records and manage administrative duties related to park operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt in a lively amusement park environment.
  • Make informed decisions and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced situations.
  • Assist in staffing adjustments based on park demands, ensuring sufficient coverage.
  • Communicate hiring needs to HR in line with park schedules and events.
  • Coach staff on specific procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at boosting food and beverage sales while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supervising large teams.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of a NYC DOH Food Handler's License is mandatory.
  • Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with guests and create a positive experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with management and team members.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and general office skills.
