Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Retail Associate to join our team. As the face of Sunrun in a designated retail store, you will play a critical role in building relationships, educating customers on renewable energy solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively communicate the value of Sunrun's solar energy solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
