Position Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of designated projects, ensuring their successful delivery in terms of performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The Project Coordinator will work within established timelines, adhering to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing contract administration, directing project activities, monitoring field operations, mentoring team members, and nurturing client relationships.

Internally, this position collaborates with various support teams, including Estimating, Accounting, and Corporate Services.

Externally, the role involves interaction with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors associated with project activities.


Compensation:
This is a salaried position with a compensation range of $100,000 to $145,000, which may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

Location and Travel:
This position requires extensive travel, with responsibilities primarily on project sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate scheduling with Construction Managers.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers, supervisors, and trade contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide weekly updates on project progress to the Director of Project Management.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee invoicing processes and manage project overheads.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for efficient project execution.
  • Develop and review project scope, pricing, and schedules.
  • Conduct project close-out and warranty administration.
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the power delivery industry, particularly on DB/EPC projects.
  • Proven knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission and distribution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent management and leadership abilities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
