Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Document Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper organization and distribution.
  • Subcontractor Management: Support communication and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Budget Oversight: Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and assist with change orders and invoicing.

The successful Assistant Project Manager will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, be commutable within 1 hour to Burlington, VT, and have experience in multifamily senior living, K-12 schools, restaurant, retail, and general commercial projects.

What's on Offer

The Assistant Project Manager will receive a competitive salary of $65K-$95K, 401K with company match, discretionary bonus, 3 weeks PTO, and some hybrid availability after 6 months with the company.
