Project Coordinator

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Burlington, VT. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in project coordination, document control, subcontractor management, and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper organization and distribution.
- Support communication and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.
- Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and assist with change orders and invoicing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of APM experience
- Commutable within 1 hour to Burlington, VT
- Multifamily Senior Living, K-12 Schools, Restaurant, Retail, General Commercial experience is a plus

- $75K-$95K base
