Key Responsibilities- Sell and lease new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and dealership standards.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects, and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Offer test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification.
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees.
- Valid Driver's License.
