Job Overview

GoFast Solutions is a rapidly growing wholesale distribution company seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver and Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role will involve delivering products in the Metro New York area and Long Island, while also working in our warehouse and sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to multiple addresses along designated routes
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory
  • Box, wrap, and prepare merchandise according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks, operate pallet jacks
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain logs and reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries and report any issues to management

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute growth strategies for accounts within the New England territory
  • Work with CT-based sales reps to help them grow their book of business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new accounts
  • Increase profitability and grow GoFast Solutions' footprint in the territory
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, online presentations, and in-person meetings
  • Provide timely solutions to customer issues and resolve conflicts
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze monthly sales performance, account changes, and competitive information
  • Travel within the territory and occasionally overnight, as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Age 21 with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions within 7 years)
  • Previous warehouse and delivery experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record in Automotive Truck Accessories, Detail Supplies, and Car Audio / Electronics
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead, prioritize, and adapt in a team setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays when required
