Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HOA management services, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the marketing team to design lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct engaging presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and value proposition, and negotiate and close sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a wellness program, flexible spending accounts, and company-matching 401k contributions.
