IT Project Manager Role

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a highly skilled and dependable IT Project Manager to join their team. This role will serve the entire organization, leading project management services for the IT Department and the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and implement technical and application/software-related projects.
  • Coordinate production releases and rollouts, delegating tasks to necessary employees and presenting project progress and results.
  • Serve as a point person during project intake process and conduct risk assessments for projects.
  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress, project-related budgeting and expenses, and status reports.
  • Hand off projects to business units upon completion.
  • Handle requirements gathering prior to project acceptance, including vendor qualifications and documents, third-party risk questionnaires, pre-sales technical review calls, and business requirements documents for the Technology Steering Committee.
  • Gather post-sales documentation, including application profiles and diagrams.
  • Manage and participate in multiple concurrent projects.
  • Report project status to executive staff and leadership via reports or dashboards.
  • Document instructions for end-users and assist with testing phases of the project.
  • Coordinate change requests and adjustments during the project.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Information Systems, or related degree, and 4-5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager, business analyst, project coordinator, or other IT management positions.
  • Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, and service desk administration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and vendors, develop project scheduling, and define individual responsibilities within the project.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent judgment and creative issue-resolution skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-starter and team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Thorough, accurate, detail-oriented, and conscientious about assignments.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and interested in working in a dynamic environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $118,136-130,000 annually.

The salary range for the position is posted, taking into account factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations.
