Job Overview
Sales Executive role at Paychex involves developing new clients and expanding the existing client base to boost revenue and market share in the Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales or Major Market Sales organizations. Key responsibilities include leveraging the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers' needs and presenting the company's solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage sales strategy to identify customer needs and present solutions.
  • Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
  • Prospect for new clients and referral sources using various channels such as telephone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests to determine suitable products and services.
  • Complete and submit accurate paperwork, expense reports, and activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide positive representation of the corporation.
  • May be required to travel for conferences, training sessions, and area meetings.

Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing experience.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on industry standards and location).
