The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Healthcare Business Development Representative to join our Provider Growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving net new orders on our platform across provider stakeholders, fostering valuable relationships, and promoting our innovative technology solutions.

In this role, you will spend most of your time promoting our platform to new health systems and provider offices, pitching across various levels of stakeholders, and onboarding end users to our product. You will also assist in building a sales funnel, nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, tracking and reporting on user adoption rates, and leading cross-functional troubleshooting when issues emerge or conversion between deal stages is off track.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Net New Orders: Focus on acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Build, maintain, and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure seamless customer engagement and conversion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with health system executives, front-line office staff, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Client Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Passion for Healthcare: Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Resourcefulness and Adaptability: Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Cars and Commute: Must have a car and be able to commute within assigned territories.
