Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
- Identify bottlenecks or problem areas and escalate or propose solutions.
- Work with suppliers to resolve issues.
- May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
- May assume a team lead role for working groups.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Four to Ten years of relevant experience.
- Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
- Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
- Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
Compensation:The projected compensation range for this position is $60,700-$100,300.
