Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mitigation division, managing project managers, coordinators, and field crews, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing high-performing teams, including recruiting and staffing decisions
  • Reviewing job profitability and analyzing financial reports
  • Supporting and training project managers to create accurate and profitable mitigation summaries
  • Communicating and negotiating with insurance professionals and diverse customers
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and implementing relevant solutions
  • Managing company equipment tracking and planning mitigation crews
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Attending company meetings and handling escalated customer complaints

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industry
  • Xactimate experience is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • IICRC, WRT/ASD, and MRT certifications are a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and adaptable
  • Willingness to grow with the company and learn new software
