Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our commercial construction projects. Your expertise in project management, leadership, and construction industry best practices will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and lead commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Regularly monitor project progress, identify any deviations, and take proactive measures to address issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement among project team members.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
