About Your Work

The Appointment Scheduler role is an essential part of our team, responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments. This position works closely with administrative, clinical, and management teams to support patient care efforts.

This role involves:

  • Scheduling appointments and communicating with patients
  • Handling objections and questions from patients
  • Tracking and reporting scheduling metrics
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
