Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic Customer Experience Coordinator to lead our customer-facing initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer interactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
