Healthcare Quality Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Administrator to join our team at Roots Community Health Center. As a Clinical Quality Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer clinical quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Support and enhance clinical quality management activities within our healthcare organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Valid, current California license as a registered nurse.
- Current AHA CPR certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a California Public Health Nurse certificate (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in nursing and quality improvement methodologies.
