About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Adjust's market share in the US region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile ecosystem partners to promote Adjust's solutions and presence in the US market.
  • Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies to close deals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Adjust's long-term strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying and closing experience in similar sales roles with SaaS, technology companies, or mobile advertising.
  • Proven track record of consistent performance and quota attainment.
  • Strong selling, competitive objection handling, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Audible-ready seller capable of morphing the sales conversation on the fly depending on who is in the room and what is most important in the moment.
  • Self-motivated and success-driven with a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Business fluent/native speaker level and excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation

The expected base pay range for this NY-based position is $110,000-$135,000 USD.

Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Depending on the position offered, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
