Role Summary:
As a key member of our Nonprofit Solution Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by fostering revenue growth and acquiring new clients within the Nonprofit sector. The Core Solution Consultant serves as the primary technical authority for clients, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant who can effectively deliver solutions and articulate their value during the sales process. You will cultivate trusted relationships with both executives and frontline stakeholders by leveraging your expertise in the Nonprofit industry alongside a comprehensive understanding of the technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within the Nonprofit sector.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify client challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including customer journey sessions to establish roadmaps and outcome agreements.
  • Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency and quality.
  • Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that could address client needs and add value.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering within the Enterprise Software domain, specifically in the Nonprofit sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to the Nonprofit industry.
  • Technical proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • A combination of energy, drive, compassion, and an engaging personality, paired with humility.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
