Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Associate to join our team at Elderly and Disabled Services. As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in providing hope and opportunity for our clients in residential treatment to make progress toward recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group clinical services, including skills training, case management, community supportive treatment, and activity therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with a treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision to further develop your personal fulfillment in a career working with individuals in need.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment curriculum that engages with the unique needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification through MHACBO (3 years of relevant experience in the field, or a Bachelor's degree in the field) (Required)
  • Experience working in a residential or outpatient setting providing skills training, case management, community supportive treatment, supported employment, or activity therapy (Preferred)
  • A valid driver's license (Required)
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)
