Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and report preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and oversee financial documents, spreadsheets, and reports utilizing advanced software tools.
  • Facilitate communication and project management across departments through collaborative platforms.
  • Assist executives with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Support executives in field-related tasks, including site visits and event planning.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior management.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including spreadsheet and communication tools.
  • Strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to work in both office and field settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and capability to handle sensitive information.
Physical Requirements
  • Capacity to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work in diverse environments, including both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
