We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career-minded vision.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
