About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Representative to join our team at the Northern States Group, an IBG Partner. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their options in supplemental health products, fostering meaningful relationships, and securing a financially independent future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance on a comprehensive range of supplemental health products, including specialized plans covering cancer, heart conditions, ICU stays, accidents, and life insurance with a unique Return of Premium feature.

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with local community leaders and business owners, enhancing our community presence and building trust.

  • Actively seek out new clients by engaging business owners and their employees, leveraging both individual consultations and group benefits enrollment sessions.

  • Employ our advanced CRM technology to streamline client management, enhance communication, and maintain detailed organizational systems.

  • Implement our effective referral-based strategy to continuously generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.

  • Participate in an extensive training program led by industry veterans, designed to provide a deep understanding of our products, refined sales techniques, and comprehensive company processes.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability (required)

  • Transportation: Reliable, full-time, and independent (required)

  • Evidence of past success in one of the following: B2B or B2C sales, business development, business ownership, athletics (strongly preferred)

Licensing Requirements: Must have the ability to obtain a life and health insurance license if hired (required).
