Insurance Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Representative to join our team at the Northern States Group, an IBG Partner. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their options in supplemental health products, fostering meaningful relationships, and securing a financially independent future.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert guidance on a comprehensive range of supplemental health products, including specialized plans covering cancer, heart conditions, ICU stays, accidents, and life insurance with a unique Return of Premium feature.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with local community leaders and business owners, enhancing our community presence and building trust.
Actively seek out new clients by engaging business owners and their employees, leveraging both individual consultations and group benefits enrollment sessions.
Employ our advanced CRM technology to streamline client management, enhance communication, and maintain detailed organizational systems.
Implement our effective referral-based strategy to continuously generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.
Participate in an extensive training program led by industry veterans, designed to provide a deep understanding of our products, refined sales techniques, and comprehensive company processes.

Requirements:

Evidence of past success in one of the following: B2B or B2C sales, business development, business ownership, athletics (strongly preferred)

Licensing Requirements: Must have the ability to obtain a life and health insurance license if hired (required).
