Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to front office staff to ensure consistent quality customer service is delivered.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Monitor lobby traffic and make staffing adjustments as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
